Adding a new member to your family can be very daunting. You have to make sure you are choosing the right breed for your lifestyle and then find a reputable breeder. We agonized over this decision and it was difficult to think about choosing a breeder from another state. Everything went smoothly. Our first vet check showed an incredibly healthy and well cared for puppy. At almost six months old, our girl is the center of attention. She has been great at training - she has us all doing her bidding! They say whippets don’t have owners, they have servants. Truly, she is so smart and picks up on commands and tricks so quickly. She crate and potty trained with ease. I have owned dogs for over thirty years and I have never had such a painless puppyhood experience. She is so easy going, inquisitive, funny, healthy. . . I feel like I won the dog lottery. I am so thankful for Mardel and the care she puts into her breeding practices. It’s all I can do not to get our girl a sibling.
